Variant Abundance by Massively Parallel Sequencing (VAMP-seq) is an assay that measures the effect of thousands of missense variants of a protein on intracellular abundance in a single experiment. We have applied VAMP-seq to many proteins, profiling the effects of tens of thousands of variants.
